Point us at your media and we'll handle the rest
Your movies are on a NAS. Your music is on a different drive. Your TV shows are scattered across three folders. That's fine—we don't care. Point PixelBrite at your existing folders and it figures out the rest. No reorganization required.
Connect to SMB shares (Windows, Synology, QNAP, TrueNAS) or NFS mounts (Linux, enterprise). Credentials are stored securely. The server accesses files on demand—no copying, no duplication.
Direct access to local drives, USB storage, or mounted volumes. Great for running the server on the same machine as your storage, or for testing with a portable drive.
Point at a folder of video files and we'll identify them. Movies get matched to TMDb for posters, backdrops, and metadata. TV shows get episode information. Music gets album art and track data. No manual tagging required. Built-in PBS (PixelBrite Scanner) handles matching with intelligent filename parsing.
Add a new file to your media folder? It shows up in your library within seconds. No manual rescans, no scheduled tasks, no waiting. File system events trigger immediate updates.
Organize your bonus content in dedicated folders without cluttering your library. The scanner automatically skips folders named Extras, Bonus Features, Behind the Scenes, Trailers, and similar. Hidden folders (starting with a dot) are also ignored.
Keep movies and TV shows separate. Maintain different music collections. Create a library just for home videos. Each library is independent with its own settings and metadata.
